Le Pays du Vignoble Nantais est labellisé « Pays d’Art et d’Histoire » depuis 2011. Sur le territoire de Sèvre & Loire, de nombreux châteaux représentent une partie de ce riche patrimoine mis en valeur par le label.

Un château du XVIIIe siècle en cours de restauration

Le château de la Berrière à Barbechat (Divatte-sur-Loire) a été construit en 1750. Des travaux de restauration sont en cours. Seul sélectionné en Loire-Atlantique, le château de la Berrière, à Barbechat, fait partie des 270 premiers monuments en péril répertoriés par la mission Stéphane Bern en 2018.
